We're The Yellow Brick Road, and we've been a premier antique store in Knightstown, IN, since 2022. We offer a diverse inventory that features one-of-a-kind vintage items, home decor, furniture, and much more. Our Story
At The Yellow Brick Road, our journey began with our owner, Lisa White, and her former position as a regional transitional officer. After experiencing a traumatic event, Lisa was determined to heal and forge a new path. After three months of reflection, Lisa realized that she wanted to be her own boss and pursue her lifelong passion for antiquing. With unwavering determination, Lisa and her husband embarked on an exciting venture—they built the business from the ground up and it became the vibrant antique store that is The Yellow Brick Road. Our store is brimming with beautiful items and a whimsical essence that captivates our customers from the moment they step through our doors, and we look forward to continuing to offer amazing products and customer experiences for years to come!

I love the YBR! The shop and vibes are amazing and prices are even better! It doesn’t smell like cigarette smoke like some stores across the street- just the best smelling candles ever! The vendors are very sweet when you do see and meet them in person! Wish the YBR had more space available for more vendors, I’d join in a heartbeat! 🫶🏻 The owner, Lisa has helped gather milk glass bud vases for my wedding since the very first day I met her & helped price match competitive prices from across the street (if vendors allow.) Will always come back to shop anytime and recommend to all friends!

At the “Junkin’ Sisters” booth, you’ll find great vintage furniture, unique & antique selections of all shapes and sizes, all chosen from the experienced eyes of Terry Forst and Laurie Lopez. The “sisters” know antiques and vintage! Laurie Lopez operated “Way Back When” antique emporium for many years and currently has 3 booths at JW Riley Emporium. Her “Junkin' Sister,” Terry Forst, has operated Black Cat Antique Shop in for over 10 years and has a booth also at JW Riley Emporium. Stop in at The Yellow Brick Road, 108 E. Main St., Knightstown for those unique antique and vintage pieces located within “Junkin’ Sisters!”

Anna’s Home - shop 473 is owned by Kathy Peters. Kathy has 2 shops within the walls of The Yellow Brick Road. Anna’s Home is centered all around the home and entertaining! You’ll find much vintage & few antiques that easily allow both casual and a bit of elegance to enhance decorating and create a beautiful celebration! Findings include: Silver plated items, Gorgeous cut glass, brass, China, Longaberger, copper, mirrors, picture frames, baskets, candlesticks, tea pots, pitchers, pictures, and more.
Anna is Kathy’s mother whose love for these type of items inspired Kathy to choose them for her shop, as were introduced to to her during childhood. Kathy invites you to visit and see how mixing beautiful vintage in your home can add a layer of depth from another era! Make your home one that you love!
