We're The Yellow Brick Road, and we've been a premier antique store in Knightstown, IN, since 2022. We offer a diverse inventory that features one-of-a-kind vintage items, home decor, furniture, and much more. Our Story
At The Yellow Brick Road, our journey began with our owner, Lisa White, and her former position as a regional transitional officer. After experiencing a traumatic event, Lisa was determined to heal and forge a new path. After three months of reflection, Lisa realized that she wanted to be her own boss and pursue her lifelong passion for antiquing. With unwavering determination, Lisa and her husband embarked on an exciting venture—they built the business from the ground up and it became the vibrant antique store that is The Yellow Brick Road. Our store is brimming with beautiful items and a whimsical essence that captivates our customers from the moment they step through our doors, and we look forward to continuing to offer amazing products and customer experiences for years to come!

I love the YBR! The shop and vibes are amazing and prices are even better! It doesn’t smell like cigarette smoke like some stores across the street- just the best smelling candles ever! The vendors are very sweet when you do see and meet them in person! Wish the YBR had more space available for more vendors, I’d join in a heartbeat! 🫶🏻 The owner, Lisa has helped gather milk glass bud vases for my wedding since the very first day I met her & helped price match competitive prices from across the street (if vendors allow.) Will always come back to shop anytime and recommend to all friends!

My name is Michelle Fraszier and I started The Yarrow Shoppe (shop 14) because I wanted something unique to call my own, a sense of belonging and something to work towards, challenge myself and set goals for. I now have a second shop and I love everything about both of my shops. I have had my shops open for over a year and half now and getting ready to go into my second holiday season.
I try to provide unique vintage pieces to make your home unique, I even re-style many of my pieces. I also have a love for one-of-a-kind antique pieces that I restore. I also enjoy finding MCM and lots of vintage boho 70’s items. I am inspired by nature, whimsical stories, history, flowers, quality handmade items, and travel. I am not sure where I found my love for vintage, antique and whimsy, but when I was growing up everyone always said I had an old soul and a great love for history. I wanted to live at Connor Prairie; a real working village from the primitive time period located in Indianapolis. I also had a love for Holly Hobby and had a special costume made that I never wanted to take off.
I have always preferred to be in the presence of elders and listen to stories of simple times past. My 14 year old daughter helps with the shops and it’s so fun to hunt for or craft… unique items to bring to my followers.

The name says it all! We are Jennifer and Janet, and we met in 1992 while working at Toys R Us. We opened our first booth back in 2017, and love to read, shop for treasures, decorate our homes, and spend time with our families. We can talk on the phone for hours, and are always planning our next display or discussing a good book.
