Our Story
At The Yellow Brick Road, our journey began with our owner, Lisa White, and her former position as a regional transitional officer. After experiencing a traumatic event, Lisa was determined to heal and forge a new path. After three months of reflection, Lisa realized that she wanted to be her own boss and pursue her lifelong passion for antiquing. With unwavering determination, Lisa and her husband embarked on an exciting venture—they built the business from the ground up and it became the vibrant antique store that is The Yellow Brick Road. Our store is brimming with beautiful items and a whimsical essence that captivates our customers from the moment they step through our doors, and we look forward to continuing to offer amazing products and customer experiences for years to come!

Conveniently located in downtown Knightstown with good parking nearby. I found some new pieces for my uranium glass collection that were reasonably priced. I'll definitely be back!

The shopkeepers were super nice in the store. Today they also had treats and donuts in the store to celebrate the Whobiliation in Knightstown for the start of the Christmas season. The booths were all clean and well organized. This was my first time in the shop and there were a lot of nice items and they were reasonably priced. It is a small shop but with it being well organized it makes it easy to navigate, we had a 5 year old with us and he was able to walk through without us worrying he would knock something over.
I will stop in here again to check out the booths to see the changes after Christmas.

At the “Junkin’ Sisters” booth, you’ll find great vintage furniture, unique & antique selections of all shapes and sizes, all chosen from the experienced eyes of Terry Forst and Laurie Lopez. The “sisters” know antiques and vintage! Laurie Lopez operated “Way Back When” antique emporium for many years and currently has 3 booths at JW Riley Emporium. Her “Junkin' Sister,” Terry Forst, has operated Black Cat Antique Shop in for over 10 years and has a booth also at JW Riley Emporium. Stop in at The Yellow Brick Road, 108 E.
